1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1.1 These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of Products (as defined below) on the website www.pitstopcamper.com/it/ by PitStop Camper di Leonardo Niccoli (Via di Scandicci 310/A – 50143 Florence, VAT 02332760970).

1.2 The purchase contract is concluded only after the Buyer places and confirms an order via the Site’s checkout process.

1.3 Please read these Conditions in full, accept them by ticking the box, and review our Privacy Policy before purchasing.

2. WHO CAN BUY – BUYERS

Final consumers: individuals acting outside of any professional, commercial or business activity (no VAT number, only tax code). Right of withdrawal applies (see §8). Must be of legal age.
Professionals: persons or entities holding a VAT number registered with the Revenue Agency.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRESENTATION AND PRICING

3.1 The Site offers accessories for campers, caravans, gas cylinders, etc. Essential characteristics appear next to each product image. Pre-contractual information is provided in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 52 and Legislative Decree 70/2003 art. 12.

3.2 Images may not display perfectly due to browser or monitor differences. Prices and features apply only at the time of ordering and may change.

3.3 All prices are in Euros, excluding shipping costs.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders where price errors occur (IT, manual or technical); paid amounts will be refunded within 7 days.

Flat-rate shipping does not apply to remote areas (Livigno, Trepalle, Campione d’Italia) or international shipments (incl. San Marino, Vatican) – separate quote required.

Shipping contribution is indicative and may not cover actual costs.

4. HOW TO BUY

4.1 Browse products, complete the purchase form (items, payment, billing/shipping addresses), and submit your order.

4.2 Before clicking “Confirm Order,” you may correct errors, print or modify your cart. Acceptance of these Conditions and the Privacy Policy is mandatory.

4.3 Your order is stored until processed, payment confirmed, and goods delivered.

4.4 The contract is formed when we accept your order. Incomplete, unavailable, or erroneous orders will be notified within 7 days and refunded if paid.

5. PAYMENT

Credit/prepaid cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) via Banca Sella GestPay (encrypted).
PayPal (payment even without a PayPal account).
Bank transfer (shipment after funds clear, 2–4 banking days).

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Products ship after payment confirmation, typically within 5 days, no later than 15 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

6.2 Shipping by independent carriers (GLS, SDA, UPS, BRT, DHL, FEDEX, etc.). Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. We’re not liable for carrier delays or force majeure. Inspect packages on receipt and note any damage with the carrier.

6.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES

Scope: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom).

Costs: All customs duties, taxes, import VAT, handling and clearance fees and any other charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Claims and Refunds: PitStop Camper will not cover these costs or accept any related claims or refund requests.

Customer’s Responsibility: The Customer must inform themselves in advance of these charges and pay them directly to the relevant authorities or the carrier.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 2-year legal warranty for consumers (1 year if invoiced with VAT). Proof of purchase by receipt or electronic payment record is required.

7.2 To exercise warranty rights, complete the information request form; we will contact you and send the warranty claim form.

7.3 Warranty void if product damaged by misuse or unauthorized tampering.

7.4 Shipping costs only covered by the Buyer if damage results from improper use.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Legislative Decree 206/2005 arts. 64–68, consumers have 14 working days from receipt to withdraw without penalty.

Notify us within 14 working days of receipt.

including a copy of your receipt/payment confirmation.
Await RMA before returning goods.

Applies to complete products only.
No withdrawal for “Made to order” items (15/20 days lead time).
In promos, return all associated items.
Return shipping at Buyer’s cost (min. €15 for small parcels).
Refund after verifying intact original packaging.
If withdrawal invalid, goods held at warehouse for Customer pickup at their cost.

9. REFUNDS

9.1 Refund processed within 15 days of withdrawal and product inspection.

9.2 Refunds issued to the payer if different from the Buyer.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for non-performance due to force majeure or events beyond our control (strikes, IT failures, social unrest, supply issues, etc.).

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Italian law applies (D.Lgs. 206/2005 Art. 50–68; D.Lgs. 70/2003).

13.2 Jurisdiction of the Buyer’s place of residence.
