Where we ship and at what costs

All our shipments are entrusted to reliable carriers both for customer service and delivery times such as BRT - FEDEX - DHL - SDA others and insured to fully cover the cost of the product purchased. However, our kind customers are asked to check the conditions of the package at the time of delivery as per the instructions received and reported below.

We ship throughout Italy including islands and to the EU countries indicated by the flags on the homepage, excluding some disadvantaged codes, Greece, Cyprus, Malta. For the latter countries it is necessary to request a quote for shipping costs and make payment by bank transfer.

For Italy you will find the relative shipping cost clearly indicated for each shopping cart

Take advantage of the shipping to be collected at 7,500 BRT-fermopoint choosing the most convenient delivery location closest to you. All newsstands, stationery shops and other affiliated businesses guarantee great flexibility in times and days for collecting your purchases. When ordering and entering your shipping address, the system will automatically indicate which stops are closest to you.

For EU countries, excluding those listed above, the shipping cost is the one below with the weight and volume limitations indicated. It is necessary to request a cost estimate for the shipment of items that are classified as "bulky" and exceed the indicated limits.

Shipping Tracking

Tracking is a unique code that is associated with each package and each shipment; through this identification reference the package is followed in every step. To know where your package is at any time, you first need this tracking code provided to you by the courier or our e-commerce site.

The code is a combination of numbers and letters unique for each package, and is used by the courier to query the system and retrieve information relating to your shipment. The traceability code or tracking number is a 12-digit code that must be entered on the courier's web page, in the TRACK SHIPMENTS box and click on SEARCH.

Receipt of the package

When the order is processed and entrusted to the courier, you will automatically receive a message as shown below at your e-mail address in order to draw your attention to the methods of acceptance of the package for delivery.

Dear customer, it is our priority to package the products in the best possible way and to ship insured for the value of the contents; If the package arrives damaged at its destination, please follow the procedure described below for receiving the materials.

In the presence of the courier, check that the package does not contain:

• Cardboard torn, or punctured, or crushed, or wet, or open.

• If it is a long package that does not have bends or folds.

• Application of adhesive tape without our logo or with the courier's logo.

In these cases, or others that suggest that the content may not be intact, before signing the paper delivery document or the driver's (PDA) terminal:

• Open the package together with the driver, if he is available to wait.

• If the driver is not available, report the SPECIFIC control RESERVE indicating the detail.

• Photograph what is written on the paper or on the driver's terminal (handheld).

• Upon opening the package, in the event of damage, immediately report what you find by sending us a copy via WhatsApp or email.

In the event that the driver refuses the reserve, REJECT the package and report the incident to us immediately.

Only SPECIFIC RESERVATIONS are accepted with the detail of the anomaly found and not GENERIC RESERVATIONS which would not allow us to open the case with the carrier.

In this last case PIT STOP CAMPER will not be required to replace or refund the material.

6. Delivery

6.1

The Products will be shipped to the address indicated in the Purchase Order only after the payment of the Purchase Order itself has been duly registered and provided that the order amount has been credited.

Except as indicated in Article 4.4 above, the Products will normally be shipped within 5 (five) days and in any case no later than 15 (fifteen) days starting from the day following receipt of the Purchase Order by PitStop Camper .

Once delivery to the carrier by PitStop Camper has taken place, a confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer indicating that the courier has been assigned and, normally the following day, the tracking number will automatically be sent to care of the transporter. The shipping costs to be paid by the Buyer, where due, will be those indicated in the appropriate field within the Purchase Order to the extent indicated in Article 3.3.

6.2

The Products will be shipped by PitStop Camper to the Buyer via couriers belonging to carriers who are completely autonomous and independent of PitStop Camper (such as GLS, SDA, UPS, BRT, DHL, FEDEX, or others).

The delivery terms indicated next to the carrier's logo when choosing the courier are the indicative average travel times and vary depending on the destination location. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, PitStop Camper will in no way be responsible for any delivery delays due to the responsibility of the carriers, or to causes not attributable to it.

Upon receiving the goods at his home, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages; it will be the courier's responsibility to have the lack of integrity of the package pointed out and accurately noted by the courier, under penalty of forfeiting the ability to assert one's rights in this regard.

DO NOT APPLY GENERIC RESERVATION OF VERIFICATION CLAUSES ON THE COURIER DOCUMENT WHICH HAVE NO VALUE BUT SPECIFY THE TYPE OF ANOMALY FOUND.

This written indication, placed on the courier's document, is the only way to take action against him. In any case, the shipment constitutes delivery of the goods which from that moment are no longer available to the Seller.

In the event of failure to deliver by the carrier due to the absence of the recipient, or other causes dependent on the recipient himself, after a second delivery attempt the courier will keep the package in storage leaving a notice for collection or redelivery request. If the package returns to our warehouse, it will remain available to the customer until requested. Upon the customer's instructions, we will forward the product again to the destination address after payment of the return and reshipping costs.
