We inform all our customers of an important Thetford communication:

"We hereby clarify that the date stamped on Thetford chemical products "must be understood as the deadline within which it is possible to assert a claim against the supplier, provided that this has been kept in intact packaging and with the methods of conservation indicated by the manufacturer himself". In other words, the date stamped on the bottles is not the expiry date of the product, i.e. a date beyond which the product can no longer be used, but rather a date beyond which it is not legally possible to claim the supplier in case of product non-conformity.

We also confirm that Thetford chemical products can be used and effective even beyond this date and that any non-conformity of the product is always recognized by Thetford regardless of the date stamped on the bottle."
