REPAIR of CBE and Nordelettronica products.

We are not a CBE and Nordelettronica service center but only resellers.

If you need to repair a faulty CBE or Nordelettronica product, or because the faulty item cannot be replaced with a new one because it is out of production, send us the request by email to the email address indicating the model (photograph of the printed circuit board with the label showing the item code in numbers 0000.000.00), the description of the defect found.

You can purchase this item code to take advantage of shipping with BRT DPD-GROUP at an agreed cost for collection at your address. The amount of € 60.00 includes the cost of collection, the cost of reshipping only if the device is repaired, the basic repair cost.

Upon completion of the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation; you will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the communication that the BRT - DPD GROUP courier has been appointed for collection.

It is the customer's responsibility to package the product correctly so as not to suffer damage during transport.

It is important to carefully evaluate the convenience of wanting to carry out a repair since it is not possible to make an estimate for the repairs as their cost is very close to the cost of finding the fault.

The repair time is approximately 10/15 days from the moment the item to be repaired reaches CBE or Nordelettronica.

Nordelettronica will carry out the repair and inform us of the actual cost of the same.

If the cost is within the basic repair amount, we will arrange for the return to the customer, carriage paid.

If the amount is higher than the base cost, the customer has the right to accept it and pay, or not accept it and in this case he/she must authorize us to scrap the device. In the absence of authorization after 10 days from the request, the device will still be scrapped.
