Dekaseal 8936 is a high performance polyisobutylene (PIB), which is a slightly tacky, non-hardening permanent plastic sealant that can be easily removed on its own, even if it cannot be painted.
APPLICATIONS
- Sealing of overlaps and joints in the construction of caravans, campers and trucks
- Sealing of screws and connections, knobs, tapes, supports, fasteners, panel and awning trims, rails
- Sealing of sunroof systems, ventilation systems, windows and bathroom furnishings
- Suitable for use between metal plates, glass, GFK, wood and other materials
- Sealing the rubber-glass joint in buses, cars and trucks

Dekaseal 8936 works perfectly without pre-treatment, clean, dry, free of dust and grease free on substrates of aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, zinc, copper, brass, metal powder coated, most of the lacquered metal surfaces, glass, PVC, polyester (GRP), painted and lacquered wood, etc. It does not adhere with polyethylene, polypropylene and teflon without any special treatment.
