Automatic drain valve
The drain/safety valve, capable of operating without electricity. It automatically empties the boiler via a drain nozzle when the temperature drops to approximately 3 °C (risk of frost)
- The exhaust valve opens even in the presence of overvoltages
- Emptying occurs intermittently to prevent the drain from freezing
- If necessary, the drain valve can also be opened manually.
- The valve can only be closed again when the FrostControl temperature rises again to a level far from freezing point (approx. 7 °C)
- Operation without electricity does not put any strain on the on-board battery
