A solar charger collects energy from solar panels and stores it in batteries. Using the latest and fastest technology, BlueSolar maximizes this energy harvest and intelligently controls it to get a full charge in the shortest possible time. BlueSolar maintains the health of your batteries and extends their lifespan.
MPPT: Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking
By constantly monitoring the voltage and current output from solar (PV) panels, MPPT technology ensures that every drop of available energy is drawn from the panels and extracted for storage.
Remote monitoring and control
You can control and monitor the full functions of your BlueSolar MPPT charger remotely by connecting a Bluetooth dongle and pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the internet, you can access the full power of your MPPT charger anytime, anywhere via the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM); both services are free of charge. For remote installations, even if there is no internet connection or cell phone signal nearby, you can monitor the MPPT via Bluetooth pairing with a LoRaWAN (Long-Range Wide Area Network) device, available as an option.
Load output
The Smart Load Output feature prevents damage caused by dead batteries. You can set the voltage at which BlueSolar will turn off a load, preventing batteries from over-discharging. And here’s the smart part: BlueSolar tries to charge the batteries to 100% every day. If this isn’t possible, such as bad weather, BlueSolar will increase the shutdown voltage every day until it does. We called this feature BatteryLife because it maintains battery health and extends battery life.
