NPT U-BOND 301 adhesive 500 ml bottle, amber colour

U-BOND 301 is a solvent-free, reactive, single-component polyurethane adhesive. It hardens due to exposure to atmospheric humidity, transforming into a very tenacious adhesive glue, resistant to water, temperatures and ageing.

Instructions for Use

The surfaces to be bonded must be perfectly clean, dry, free from dust, grease, oil and loose parts.

The adhesive can be applied with a notched trowel, roller or by pulling it in beads preferably on the least absorbent surface.

To accelerate the hardening reaction, it is possible to spray a small amount of water on the adhesive before gluing.

The glued parts must be kept in position until hardened. Applications Structural and technical gluing, made flexible.

Ideal for coupling surfaces of various kinds, such as wood, fibres, concrete, metals, laminates, various plastic materials, sandwich panels with core in polystyrene, polyurethane, PVC, foam, glass or rock wool with various coverings.

It is an indispensable condition that at least one of the surfaces is porous
