SMARTSEPARATOR is an automatic device that allows the on-board management of a motor battery and a service battery.

Thanks to the microprocessor, it will be able to monitor the voltages of the connected accumulators and will automatically manage the main function of paralleling the motor battery and the service battery only if the former is in a state of charge.

This feature allows vehicles to recharge the service battery with a quick and easy installation without having to use a parallel relay controlled by a subkey or D+.

Another important function is that of battery disconnect, manual or automatic, which avoids deep discharges.

When the voltage of the service battery drops below the critical threshold of 10.5V or 11V for more than 10 minutes, the system completely disconnects all the utilities of the system connected to the device.

The system will be restored automatically, as soon as a charging source is present, such as alternator, grid charger, photovoltaic modules.
