The warranty is provided by CBE and Nordelettronica only at their service laboratories. We are not a CBE and Nordelettronica service center but only resellers.
The repair can only be handled by the person who sold the product, i.e. the Manufacturer or the local Dealer or the retailer. It is therefore necessary to contact the person who supplied the new product and follow their instructions.
If you have purchased a new Nordelettronica product from us, send us an email request to the email address indicating the model (photograph of the printed circuit board with the label showing the article code in numbers 0000.000.00), the description of the defect and the information that can allow us to trace the purchase period (commercial document attached to the shipment or purchase invoice if a company).
We remind you that the warranty is 2 years for private citizens and 1 year for companies.
The product to be repaired must always be sent carriage paid as Nordelettronica will be able to recognise the validity or otherwise of the guarantee only when it carries out the intervention at its own laboratory.
It is possible to purchase this item code to take advantage of shipping with BRT DPD-GROUP at an agreed cost for collection at your address. Upon completion of the ordering process, you will be sent an order confirmation; you will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the communication that the BRT - DPD GROUP courier has been appointed for collection.
It is the customer's responsibility to package the product correctly so as not to suffer damage during transport.
It is important to carefully evaluate whether the fault is attributable to a manufacturing defect or to an installation and/or system defect, as no estimate can be made for repairs as the cost of repair is very close to the cost of finding the fault.

In the event that CBE or Nordelettronica does not recognize the guarantee, a communication will be sent to the customer to communicate the final costs of intervention and return of the product.
