Standard 4.5m strap tank fastening kit
This mounting kit is suitable for mounting a water tank up to a capacity of 200 litres
Universal mounting kit for water or gas tanks, including under-vehicle mounting. This kit contains all the parts needed to mount a tank to your vehicle. The mounting strap is made of steel and housed in a plastic cover that protects the strap from damage and corrosion. The strap also has a high breaking load of 600 kPa.
1. First tie down the tank (as it should be secured later) and cut the fastening strap to the required length.
2. Assemble according to the diagram attached to the instructions.
3. The tension of the strap can be adjusted with the screws or nuts on the eyelet.
4. Make sure the strap isn't too tight.
The kit consists of:
• 4 threaded screws
• 12 washers
• 8 walnuts
• 1 x 4.5m steel strap/tension band
• 2 slotted screws
• 2 x screw eyelets
