POWERSERVICE PSB

The new DC-DC of the POWERSERVICE PSB series are powerful travel chargers, highly effective even for Smart Alternator devices (Euro 6).

The high charging currents (up to 80A) make the PSB ideal for quickly charging Lithium batteries or traditional high-capacity systems; the Buck Booster technology stabilizes the charge making the PSB ideal for all vehicles or boats, where rapid and correct charging of service batteries of any technology is important: Lithium LiFePO4, AGM, Gel, Free Acid.

All PSBs are equipped with the intelligent OPTICHARGE system which optimises the performance and efficiency of service batteries, thanks to the selection of the specific charging curve for each technology and the state of charge analysis algorithm developed entirely by the NDS Software Team.

POWERSERVICE PSB is the only device on the market equipped with an AUX connection, which allows the PSB to be integrated even in vehicles with pre-existing charging systems. When the vehicle is in motion, the AUX relay moves all the loads connected to the control unit onto the engine battery, thus bypassing the existing parallel charging connection, in this way the service battery will be recharged directly, at maximum performance.

In addition to power, safety is also important, which is why PSB protection systems prevent the alternator from being under stress and the engine battery from running out of energy.
