B1 215 Alu is composed of a self-adhesive butyl band on a tear-off aluminum layer and is used for waterproofing against water and air. The butyl mastic must be applied cold on the support, after removing the anti-adhesive liner and the aluminum layer guarantees against atmospheric agents and UV rays.

APPLICATION AND USE:
Apply the product on aluminum, glass, fiberglass and Gel-Coat. Remove the support liner and apply the mastic on the area to be treated. To promote adhesion, it is recommended to apply a pressure between 5g / m2 and 15g / m2.
If it is necessary to waterproof, make sure that there is no stagnation of water. For applications between 0 ° C and + 5 ° C check that there is no frost or condensation on the supports. It is possible to paint the external aluminum layer (preliminary compatibility test is recommended).
