Fitting the dashboard cover is extremely easy.

place the fabric on the dashboard,
pass the steering wheel through the appropriate slot and secure the fabric to the gearbox,
secure the fabric to the upper part of the dashboard with small pieces of pre-prepared double-sided adhesive velcro, which will support everything.
