HEOS 5251 Universal Water Tank Connector

The cap is suitable for all existing filler necks with bayonet closure (diameter 77 mm and 67 mm).

The scope of delivery includes two additional components for using the cap on a smaller filler neck such as Dethleffs, LMC, TEC built from 2010 onwards (diameter 67 mm) or for other manufacturers using the same cap, as well as for all water tanks with and without overflow.

With the included flat plastic gasket, the connector can also only be applied to water tanks with overflow.

To replace the installed ring component (67 mm), push the HEOSwater connector ^® universal tank cap inside and twist it. Then carefully remove the component with a small, flat screwdriver from the ring and push the other ring inside.

The flexible sealing surface of the cap prevents any overpressure in the water tank. The slightest overpressure automatically opens the connector and the air/water exits through the filling holes.

It is noted that the connector does not stop automatically when the water tank is full.
