If you have purchased a new Nordelettronica product from us, send us the email request to the email address indicating the model (photograph of the printed circuit with the label showing the item code in numbers 0000.000.00), the description of the defect and the which can allow us to trace the purchase period (commercial document attached to the shipment or purchase invoice if a company).

The shipment of the product to be repaired must always be carried out carriage paid as it is Nordelettronica that will be able to recognize the validity or otherwise of the guarantee only when it carries out the intervention in its own laboratory.

In the event that Nordelettronica does not recognize the guarantee, a communication will be sent to the customer to communicate the definitive costs of intervention and return of the product.
